My version of Flash is 10.2.152.32But perhaps the web article in the link below gives some clues. When the screen goes blue it says a lot that I can't read fast enough before the computer restarts. This community rocks. I have had the same problem ever since Firefox updated itself and I followed their recommendation to update Adobe Flash also.

Download the ZIP file, extract the ISO and write it to CD using a program like ImgBurn.
