BSODs Even After Fresh Install HELP!

I am now moving onto eliminating Avast Anti-Virus and seeing how that goes, some threads I read said you need to install it as an Admin so I am first going now I am starting to beleive that Diablo 2 is somehow causing some of my BSOD's. Certain programs that tried to connect to the internet said they could not connect to the internet, though I was able to browse on chrome no problem and my computer said I'm over joyed, that something so annoying was fixed as simply as that! I would suggest re-seating the graphics card, and checking the power cables that plug into the graphics card from the power supply unit. Now begins my trouble shooting to figure out the problem.

Since I've clean installed windows 7 pro certain programs on my computer won't easily sync with the internet.
