Rotate Ram to diff slots.Could be PSU(intermittent heat related) or Vid drivers ...Must sometimes manually clean out all vestage of previous video drivers before adding newer (or older) video drivers. Have you run an overnight run of Memtest86+ to test for RAM errors? After that try runing your cpu/gpu on stock settings if you're overclocking them.
