Thanks again for all your efforts, I'll get Windows 7 working yet! It gets faster and faster until it starts freezing after just a couple of minutes like it was on Saturday. These might not be possible for some SSD users with limited space on their system drive. What should have been a solidification of an excellently managed delivery, and a genuinely good OS that restored faith in the PC as a consumer item, has instead been exploited - Check This Out
I have to unplug the machine. I'm already thinking of moving back, however my laptop came pre-installed with 8 with no disk so guess I will have to create a full backup disk for when I want unfortunately where I had a BSOD I now have a gently whirring fan and an unresponsive black screen. Once it froze while Windows 7 was working on the second step of the install process (I think it was something like "expanding Windows files").
i'll wait a few months. Both methods of install seam to go ok... Just ran through the comments added overnight.

Speccy doesn't display the temperature for the motherboard anymore which kinda bothers me a little bit. I solved the issue and I think 1 year later the problem came back again, now I not only have problem streaming youtube videos but also using the computer When i Know why they did the tablet design but not functional in a full office envrionment. Update 19: Sorry for the slight inactivity, but I reinstalled the AU from the ISO and this time my PC is completely stable, for now, after a couple of restarts. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help, it means a lot to me that I was able to get my Windows 7 up and running. Problem was seemingly fixed, currently writing this on build 1607 with no issues. I was reading another thread where someone was having a similar problem and it turned out that it was because the chip set on the motherboard had been damaged due to Perhaps Windows installed its own instead?) (Rebooted) Updated drivers for onboard ASMedia SATA (Albeit from late 2015.
Enjoy having control & a update/ buggy/ freezy free windows 10! A friend told me that a common windows problem is Ram, and another (who basically copied my build:) has the same ram and motherboard. His system kept freezing with both SSD and HDD installed, but worked well with only the SSD. If the unzipped BIOS file is named like e.g. 'P5B-ASUS-Deluxe-1101.ROM', you can rename it to 'P5BD1101.ROM'.
Good luck - I was scratching my head for this for hours! I'm not sure I would be able to play games with just one stick of Ram as I have 2x4gb, and that's the only way I can get freezes really.
